Foreign Trade Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for promoting and selling the company's medical devices, testing reagents, and other products in the Latin American market, developing new customers, and achieving sales targets;

2.Fully utilize the resources provided by the company, explore potential customers through online and offline channels, and establish and maintain customer relationships;

3.Independently handle the entire sales process, including inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and contract signing, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of orders;

4.Collect and provide feedback on market information, customer needs, and competitor dynamics, and offer suggestions for the formulation of the company's market strategy;

Job requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in international trade, marketing, business English, Spanish, medicine, or biology-related fields;

2.3-5 years of experience in foreign trade business, with preference given to those with experience in foreign trade in related industries such as medical devices, in vitro diagnostics (IVD), pharmaceuticals, etc;

3.Familiar with foreign trade business processes, possessing excellent customer development, communication, and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals;

Language proficiency:

1.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of using English as a working language;

2.Preferably, proficiency in Spanish or ability to use it as a working language;

R&D Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1.Technical strategy and planning: Participate in formulating the company's hardware technology roadmap, and be responsible for the architecture design and technology selection of the embedded hardware platform. Track cutting-edge industry technologies (such as new low-power MCUs, wireless communication protocols, and medical electronics standards), and promote technological innovation and application;

2.R&D project management: Lead the full-process management of embedded hardware development for handheld products, formulate development plans, and ensure projects are completed on time, with quality assurance, and within budget. Be responsible for reviewing hardware solutions, managing R&D risks, and solving key technical challenges in the project;

3.Team building and management: Establish, cultivate, and manage a high-performance embedded hardware R&D team, including engineer recruitment, training, task allocation, and performance evaluation. Foster a positive and innovative technical atmosphere, and enhance the overall technical capabilities and work efficiency of the team;

4.Core technology development: Lead the hardware design of embedded systems based on STM32, ARM, and other architectures, including schematic design, PCB (high-speed, high-density board) design, and review. Ensure that the team is proficient in C/C++ languages, and complete the development and debugging of low-level drivers, hardware abstraction layers, and some middleware. Responsible for the design and integrated debugging of commonly used communication interfaces such as UART, CAN, I2C, SPI, and USB. Led the integration, debugging, and optimization of IoT communication modules such as 4G and LoRa, ensuring stable device networking and data transmission. Organize hardware testing (unit testing, integration testing, EMC/EMI testing, environmental reliability testing, etc.), analyze issues, and implement closed-loop solutions.

Job requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above in electronic information engineering, communication engineering, automation, computer science or related majors;

2.With over 5 years of experience in embedded hardware development, and at least 3 years of experience in hardware team management or as a technical leader, I have the ability to independently lead a team to complete the development of a complete product and successfully achieve mass production;

3.Proficient in STM32 and ARM Cortex-M/A series processor architectures, with extensive experience in hardware design, debugging, and troubleshooting;

4.Proficient in C/C++ languages, with solid programming skills and good code standards;

5.Have a deep understanding and practical development experience with communication interfaces such as UART, CAN, I2C, SPI, and USB;

6.Experience in project applications involving at least two wireless communication modules, such as 4G, LoRa, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi;

7.Familiar with common tools for hardware development, such as PCB design software like Altium Designer and Cadence, as well as test instruments like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers;

Other abilities:

2.Possess a strong sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and a passion for solving complex technical problems;

3.Possess excellent document writing skills and a habit of technical review;

2.Excellent operation and leadership: Possess excellent strategic decoding, process optimization, and team leadership skills, with successful experience in building or optimizing a company's operation system from scratch;

3.Education and Language: Bachelor's degree or above, MBA/EMBA preferred;
